I just received the delivery and I'm pretty impressed with the item. It is well built. Just be aware that it is not a soft plastic but a fairly stiff plastic which means you have to be a little more careful if drilling access holes. The only item I am concerned about is how well the metal hinges will keep in the weather regarding corrosion, if any. On the other hand, plastic ones have their own problems with becoming brittle and breaking. Time will tell.
